Mr Trinh Ngoc Duc (Grey) is the founder of D.lion Media & Solutions. He currently holds the position of Chief Growth Officer - taking responsibility for developing strategies, promoting B2B, B2C networks... ensuring strategic plans to go along with the original vision and mission.

With nearly 7 years of working through "C level" positions such as CCO, CMO at corporations in the fields of finance, technology... and CEO at his own company, Grey has helped businesses expand (their scales) not only in Vietnam but also in the international market. With expertise in the financial industry, along with a quick-witted mindset and the strength of the network that he developed… Trinh Ngoc Duc has always been the one to find ways to change the situation in every project, contributing to consolidating profits for the organizations, businesses, and brands that he cooperates with, especially with D.lion's financial partners.

Mrs. Jennie Hoang Phuong is one of the co-founders of the company and currently holds the position of CEO - operating and responsible for the development of D.lion Media & Solutions, ensuring that the company's mission and vision are implemented smoothly, effectively.

Graduated from Ton Duc Thang University with a bachelor’s degree in International Marketing Management, Jennie has attended and completed more than 10 intensive courses on skills in understanding people, brand strategy, and positioning - market development… Jennie has more than 15 years of experience with many outstanding achievements in consulting and implementing marketing-communication strategies for nearly 50 domestic and international multidisciplinary brands. In addition, she has earned her trust from brands to take on the responsibility of building core missions and vision, determining brand values, building processes, and developing professional capacity for operation staff. Growing from the role of an executor to a senior manager, Jennie's real-world experience in many companies and projects will ensure the sustainable development of partners when cooperating with D.lion Media & Solution.

Mr. Luzz Nguyen is one of the co-founders of D.lion Media & Solutions, Luzz is currently in charge of building the core operation team and developing the potential human resources system for the company.

With the Society for Human Resource Management Certification (SHRM), Luzz is the author of many training courses that are certified by the Intellectual Property Office. He has more than 10 years of experience in the field of community education and once held the position of strategic consultant and senior human resource development for companies, organizations, and individuals... he also oriented the practical vision as well as renovated the risk management strategies for projects in the most effective and optimal way.

Besides his role at D.lion, Mr. Luzz Nguyen currently holds many vital positions at organizations: Co-founder of Williams Investment - an investment fund to develop talent potentials with the mission of "Together Share" and " Hope to Change”; Project Manager of soft skills training and development Than Nong Thi, and at the same time he is the Human Resources Director at Dofyco – a strategic partner of D.lion.
